Climb the stone steps on the right, and you’ll find:

• Asahi Toan Craft Shop, offering a wide variety of pottery for sale
• Otowa Saryo, where you can enjoy delicious soba noodles, tempura, sukiyaki, and more
• Gallery Kura, a gallery featuring rotating exhibitions by different artists each period
